What is the time limit to return an item that doesn't fit?

“If you are not entirely satisfied with an item, you have 14 days from receipt or purchase to request an exchange or a refund. Returns are completely free of charge when made directly in-store. The item must be returned brand new, unworn, and in its original packaging.”
