Why does Big Self School use the Enneagram?

“It is the best tool we know for growing human consciousness. Nothing else maps motivation with as much depth, for people waking up to their own patterns and for the practitioners who help them grow. The Enneagram is where we begin; over time we expect to bring other maps of human development into the same practice.”
