Can I sell Cuisinart products on Amazon as a promotional distributor?

“No. Cuisinart maintains strict channel controls and typically prohibits authorized promotional distributors from reselling on Amazon, eBay, or unauthorized third-party marketplaces. Violating these terms usually terminates the account and may trigger claims under the brand's minimum advertised price and channel policies.”
