Are body corporate committee members personally liable for health and safety?

“Committee members are Officers under HSWA 2015 with a personal duty of due diligence. Volunteer committee members cannot be held personally liable for failing to meet that duty. However, committee members who receive an honorarium may not qualify as volunteers under the Act.”
