Can an individual participate in trading on the stock exchange without using a broker?

“No. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, only members of the exchange of the relevant categories have the right to participate in trades conducted by the exchange, including at the expense and in the interests of third parties – their clients. Individuals can participate in trades only through brokerage organizations that are members of the exchange.”
