How long is a contract?

“Offices, music studios and maker space contracts have a one-year contract. Full time dedicated desks are a three-month contract followed by monthly rolling however, we understand that some folks are just breezing through and need a place to hang their hat (or laptop), so we can talk about something more flexible. Day use/hot desk has no minimum contract.”
