How do you turn a curriculum into a skills map?

“The university links each part of its academic offering to the skills it develops: degrees, programs, subjects, courses, and credentials. With those links in place, POK Skills Graphs shows which skills each program claims to develop and where in the curriculum they are taught. That same map feeds each student's Skills Graph.”
