Is Revande legit? What do hosts actually get when they sign up?

“Revande is a managed Airbnb pricing service founded by Sean Rakidzich, an Airbnb host with 10 or more years of experience. Every plan includes a full software stack for dynamic pricing, daily rate adjustments made by human rate strategists, access to Re-Algorithm, a $30 Bnb Photo Factory credit, monthly reports, and private chat support inside Airbnb for anything you need.”
