What is Semanta?

“Semanta is a Swiss property-search service that works for the seeker: you describe the home you want, Semanta reads the big Swiss portals several times a day and emails you the listings that match. It also answers questions about any Swiss address (Property Check). Semanta is a service of Litera Labs GmbH, Switzerland.”
