What happens if I cancel my subscription?

“You can cancel at any time, and your plan ends at the end of the current billing month. If a minimum term (Scale, Pro, Enterprise) or a prepaid annual year is still running then, an early-exit fee of up to 3 monthly fees applies; on annual billing it is deducted from the refund of unused months.”
