“Often it is, when there is work that keeps coming back and needs reading or writing. Think of assessing enquiries or answering customer questions. Does your work follow fixed rules? Then ordinary automation is usually cheaper and more reliable. And if you only do something a few times a year, setting it up costs more than it brings.”
“No, with us a person decides. The model does the groundwork, like reading and preparing a draft. Is something going to a customer, or is money leaving the business? Then someone looks at it first. Only once you've seen a simple step run reliably for a while can you let that one go automatically.”
“A data processing agreement, and clarity on where the data is processed. If personal data goes to a language model, GDPR simply applies. The vendor and the company behind the model then process data on your behalf. And don't send more than you need. We're happy to go through this with you up front.”
“Yes, you can. Start small, with an MVP. That is the smallest version of your product you can actually use. It has fewer features, but what is in there simply works. Every feature you cut early on is money you don't spend on something nobody may use. Read more in building an MVP.”
“Yes, and usually your software doesn't need to be rebuilt for it. We start with one AI feature.”
“No, you can be anywhere. We are based in Tilburg and work for clients all over the Netherlands. And beyond. The businesses in the region are nice and close, but our know-how reaches well past the city limits. We work locally and internationally.”
“With our agent you decide what it may say and when it hands over. Meta's agent you switch on yourself in the Business app, and it learns from your website and catalogue.”
“Yes, at any time. Reply yourself from your phone and the agent pauses that conversation. Four hours by default, but you set that yourself. When the agent isn't sure, it says a colleague will take over and goes quiet. Topics you'd rather handle yourself go into its rules.”
“Yes, that's the whole idea. You connect the number you already use in the Business app, and you keep using that app as usual. The agent answers through the API on the same number. Send a message yourself from your phone and the agent stays quiet in that conversation for a few hours.”
