Do you install chargers outside the Klang Valley?
“Yes. We cover all of Peninsular Malaysia through our installer network. Installation outside the Klang Valley is priced separately, and the price is shown on every charger's page.”
What is the warranty?
“Both chargers come with a two-year warranty. Workmanship on the install is covered separately.”
Can I use my own electrician?
“We do not recommend it. Our prices include a certified install, materials and post-install support, and a self-install voids the workmanship warranty.”
Do you handle TNB applications?
“Yes, where one is required, which is mainly for three-phase upgrades and commercial sites. It is included in the quote.”
What if I move house?
“The charger can be uninstalled and reinstalled. We charge a flat reinstall fee.”
Is ChargeSingh part of SOLS Energy?
“Yes. ChargeSingh is the EV-charging arm of SOLS Energy, and part of the SOLS 24/7 Group.”
