Questions & answers
Why are we sunsetting the MYSTERY RANCH outdoor products?
“YETI has established a strong expertise in the outdoor space across coolers, equipment and bags. Through its partnership with YETI, MR's design and development teams will continue to innovate together and create outdoor hike and everyday bag products under the YETI name, benefitting from YETI's broader distribution network without competing against one another.”
Who do I contact for international government procurement or contract opportunities?
“For government procurement outside the U.S., contact International Sales:Sean Evangelista”
Is it possible to purchase a NICE Frame pack without a frame?
“We're moving to a kitted system so that we can design and build packs and frames that are optimized for integration based on the function of the product. There are some cool new things in the works.”
Do you offer Military/Fire/Federal LE/SAR/POSSE discounts?
“Mystery Ranch is excited to offer our pro purchase privilege to these audiences for our Outdoor and Hunting product lines. There are no discounts on Military or Fire products. All pro sales for these audiences need to go through the validation process through Expert Voice, Guidefitter, GOVX, IPA Collective and ID.me”
