How long does it take to get a working system, from first conversation to production?
“A feasibility check typically takes a few weeks. Once the solution is scoped, the first governed use case can go live within weeks. Exact timelines depend on site access and the level of model development required.”
Can your solution work with the existing deflection and sorting hardware in our machines, or do we need to invest in new hardware?
“Robovision’s Indurion Suite is hardware-agnostic from the ground up. It supports standard industrial communication protocols and runs on x86/64 architecture. If your hardware meets the installation and performance requirements, there is no need to replace it.”
Does Indurion Suite replace our vision engineers, or just reduce the tuning work per install?
“Our solution does not replace your engineers or their authority over how a machine grades, your team still defines the grading logic and operating parameters. What changes is the volume of manual retuning per customer or per season. The model handles repeatable grading decisions and flags only uncertain cases for human review.”
When a customer's new harvest or variety arrives, does our team have to go on-site to define a new grading class?
“No. Your customer's operators can do it directly through the machine's interface using a handful of labelled images. It does not require a full retraining campaign. Nor does it need a service call or an engineer site visit every time conditions change.”
If a defect slips through one of our machines and leads to a customer recall, can we show what happened?
