Do my staff need to download an app?
“No app, no download, no friction. Quizzes run in any phone browser, Safari, Chrome, whatever's already on their phone. They tap a link from a text or email, take the quiz, done. We built it this way because asking servers to install another app is where adoption dies.”
What POS systems do you integrate with?
“ShiftTrained integrates directly with Toast and Square. Connect your POS in a few clicks and we pull your live menu, the items, prices, descriptions, and photos, then build the training quiz from it automatically.”
What if my menu changes?
“If your POS is connected, the menu syncs automatically and the questions update on their own. If you upload menus manually, just re-upload the new one and our AI regenerates the question bank in minutes. We built this because menus change every season, every special, every supplier swap.”
Do you make up allergen or gluten information?
“No. We only quiz what your menu actually says.”
How many questions will I get?
“As many as your menu genuinely supports. A big menu with full descriptions produces hundreds.”

“Both, on every plan including the free trial. Edit any question, fix an answer, delete the ones that don't fit your house, or write your own from scratch.”
