“Certainly! Each month, you will receive an invoice combined with your vehicle report. This report will provide you with the information you need to successfully track your Fleet activity. If you would like to schedule a more frequent report, please submit a “Set Up Fleet Activity Report” form.”
What types of businesses qualify for the Sam's Xpress® Fleet Program?
“Any size or type of business can enroll in the Sam’s Xpress® Fleet Program!”

“The key to a profitable fundraiser lies in your ability to successfully market your efforts. Our program will give organizations the opportunity to receive up to 50% of the total sales received from their fundraising efforts!”
Will Sam’s Xpress® help promote my fundraiser?
“We will assist with the creation of digital and in-hand marketing materials to help boost the awareness of your fundraiser, mission, and goals.”
Can a for-profit organization utilize the Sam’s Xpress® Fundraising Program?

What are your hours of operation?
“Our hours vary by location, but most Sam’s Xpress® Car Wash locations are open daily from early morning to evening. Check your nearest location for specific hours.”
How long does a car wash take?
“Our express wash process is quick and efficient, typically taking 3 minutes or less once you enter the tunnel.”
Do you offer interior cleaning services?
“We’re an exterior-only express car wash, but free vacuums are available for you to clean your vehicle’s interior after your wash.”
How do your free vacuums work?
“Free vacuums are available to all paying customers. Simply pull into a designated vacuum stall after your wash and enjoy unlimited use.”
Are your car washes safe for my vehicle?
“Yes! Our equipment and cleaning products are designed to be safe for all vehicle types, including those with clear coat finishes, wraps, and newer paint jobs.”
Can I wash my truck, van, or SUV?
“Absolutely, most vehicles fit easily through our tunnel. However, oversized vehicles or those with ladders, roof racks, or loose accessories may not be permitted.”
What forms of payment do you accept?

Can I purchase a gift card?

What is the Unlimited Wash Club?
“The Unlimited Wash Club is a membership service that enables you to wash your vehicle every day, as many times as you’d like, for one low monthly fee.”

How often can I wash my vehicle in a month?
“Our system allows 2x per day, but if you need to wash more, just let a team member know!”

“Absolutely not! You can cancel any time. There are no long term contracts or cancellation fees.”
Does the Unlimited Wash Club charge my credit or debit card on a monthly basis?
“Yes. Your credit or debit card will be billed monthly on the date of initial signup, unless cancelled.”
How can I update my credit or debit card information if my card has expired or I’ve received a new card?
“You can update your credit or debit card information by registering your Unlimited Wash Club online. Once you register, you can log in and update your form of payment. Or you can visit any Sam’s Xpress® Car Wash location to update payment.”
Does each of the vehicles I own need its own Unlimited Wash Club?
“Yes. Each vehicle you wish to have unlimited car washes available to will need its own unique Unlimited Wash Club.”
How do I change the status of my Unlimited Wash Club?
