“No, the technical setup needs to be done by your engineering team. However, we equip them with a detailed Data Tracking Plan and provide a 30-minute Technical call. So they will know exactly what to do.”
What if my engineering team doesn't implement the integration in time?
“That will greatly reduce your value received, but the services will still be rendered. We will present other deliverables so that you can complete the setup yourself on your own timeline.”
Can we skip on some of the calls?
“We’re all up for optimizing the process, especially if this isn’t your first time working with us. However, some calls are the most important — like the one reviewing the storyboard.”
